	Yossi De-Levie – Founder and Chairman of the Board Yossi De Levie is an Inventor, entrepreneur and director, with over 35 years of experience in company management, product development and manufacture. He is also the founder and former owner of Games & Sports Ltd., a leading Israeli and European manufacturer of playground equipment. Games & Sports with over 300 successful products was acquired by Gaon-Holdings in 2002. Ten years ago, together with Industrialist Stef Wertheimer (a leading industrialist and founder of Iscar, and entrepreneur of a number of industrial parks in Israel), and with inventor Ehud Nagler, and later the Zvi Yemini group, Mr. De Levie established "Tynat Hydro Industries", a company that has successfully developed a unique technology for water powered propulsion. Before founding Microdel, Mr. De Levie voluntarily managed the Erez Industrial Area.
	Mr. Amos Epshtein – Partner and Strategic Advisor Mr. Epshtein has served in top management positions for over 20 years with several leading Israeli companies. He served as the CEO of theIsraeli Water Company (Mekorot), a company with 2,000 employees and $550million in revenues for over 10 years (till 2004). Mr. Epshtein currently serves on the Board of the investment committee of Leumi Bank. He is a founder of Microdel Idea Center and a member of the Idea Filtering Forum.
	Mr. Yigal Mazor –Founder and Marketing Advisor Marketing expert with vast experience in marketing projects of large industrial companies in Israel and worldwide. He set up and manages the export division of a large Israeli Industrial company exporting over $250 million annually.
	Mr.Meir Raz –Strategic Advisor Former VP Marketing of Microsoft Israel and former National Sales Manager of HP Israel, Mr. Raz is a Sales and Marketing expert with vast experience in marketing to Enterprises and to SMB markets. Formerly, VP Sales and Marketing of Medical Imaging Processing Systems with worldwide sales and market focus on USA, Europe and Far East, and former manager of a large software development group in the MOD organization.
	Dr. Avshalom Horan – Partner, Marketing Advisor and Medical Project Consultant Founder of an investment group in Medical Devices, owned by the Tenram group. Dr. Horan established the Rad-Ramot incubator for the development of science-based projects, which he managed for a number of years. Dr. Horan is a member of the Medical Filtering Forum.
	Adv. Yaniv Shekel – Partner and Legal Advisor Partner in the Law firm Shekel and Co., with university degrees in Accounting, Business Administration and Law, he is an expert in tax laws including international tax laws, with experience in commercial laws and M&A transactions.
	Dr. Mark Friedman - Attorney – Partner and Patent Advisor Owner of one of Israel's leading Patent Law offices. He has over 15 of years of experience in patent law and previously held positions at Pravel, Gambrell, Hewitt, Kimball & Krieger, a Houston IP firm and at Benjamin J. Barish & Co., a Tel Aviv intellectual property firm.

	Mrs. Merle Ginsberg – MarCom Manager Mrs. Ginsberg brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, market research, and export, having served as Marcom manager of an Israeli Hi-tech company, developing projects for GEMedical, Samsung, General Motors, Johnson & Johnson, and as export and import marketing manager of Games & Sports Ltd., a leading Israeli playground equipment manufacturer.
	Mr. Noam Gonen – Strategic Advisor and Business Development Co-founder and managing partner of Trigger Foresight.
